Mochilumi sells cute mood lights and decorative room accessories.

3. Product Safety and Use

Our products are decorative mood lights intended for room ambience, desks, shelves, bedside tables and cosy spaces.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, our products are not toys and are not marketed as baby or toddler products.

Please follow all product instructions and safety guidance provided with the item.

General safety guidance:

  • Keep the product away from water and excessive moisture
  • Do not submerge the product in water
  • Keep the charging port dry before charging
  • Do not use a damaged charging cable
  • Do not expose the product to high heat or open flames
  • Do not attempt to open, modify or repair the product yourself
  • Keep small parts, packaging and cables away from young children
  • Use under adult supervision where appropriate

4. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This does not always mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary.

We may cancel or refuse orders if:

  • Payment is declined
  • The product is unavailable
  • The order appears fraudulent or suspicious
  • The shipping address is incomplete or incorrect
  • There is an error in price, product information or availability
  • We are unable to fulfil the order for operational reasons

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

All prices are shown on our website in the currency displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. Mochilumi does not directly store your full card details.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All orders have a processing time of up to 24 hours before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days after dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 2–8 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs checks, public holidays, weather, high order volumes or circumstances outside our control.

7. Free Shipping

We currently offer free shipping on orders over £75.

If your store uses a different currency or threshold, please update this section before publishing.

8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

If you are shopping from the United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your item. GOV.UK explains that online customers generally have a 14-day cancellation period after delivery.

 

9. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number, a clear photo or video of the issue and a short explanation.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund
