Order Processing Time
All Mochilumi orders have a processing time of up to 24 hours before dispatch.
During this time, your order is checked, prepared and packed for shipment.
Please note that processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time.
Shipping Options
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 2–8 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over £75.
If you decide to use a different currency on your store, please update this amount before publishing.
Shipping Destinations
Mochilumi currently ships to customers in the United Kingdom.
Additional shipping destinations may be added in the future.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
